Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. After 24 hours the development process starts and you'll be charged at a rate of $35 / hour

The deadline for canceling an order is 24 hours from the date and time you order.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail support@customaiassistanthub.com

We will reimburse you no later than 48 hours from the day on which we receive your cancellation request.

Conditions for refund:

In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 24 hours

• No more than 72 hours has passed from the date and time of the order

We reserve the right to refuse returns if more than 72 hours has passed due to work and testing hours charged

We cannot be held responsible in any way for the data the AI Assistants are trained and how you handle the use of artificial intelligence. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt or invoice of the product which you'll have to provide as attachment by e-mail.
